The sophisticated living space is set across three levels, set within an 800 m² private estate. Contemporary design meets timeless coastal charm, with clean architectural lines, natural textures, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
At the heart of the property lies a sun-drenched terrace overlooking the sea. A private swimming pool, outdoor shower, and sleek loungers create the perfect setting for slow afternoons, while a shaded dining area and barbecue invite long, relaxed evenings under the stars.
Inside, the ground floor opens into a bright, open-plan living and dining space, complemented by a fully equipped modern kitchen. A master suite on this level offers direct terrace access, complete with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.

Daily housekeeping ensures a seamless stay, while a private chef service, available upon request, elevates the experience with tailored Mediterranean breakfasts and bespoke dining. Breakfast is included and additional meals will be at an extra cost.

Expect there to be crowds during the months of June, July and August, and that some of the popular beaches might run out of sun loungers, so bringing your own shade might be recommended.”
