The property comprises a beautifully furnished apartment on the first floor of a characterful villa (the ground floor is not in use) and a fully independent annexe, just a few metres away, offering two further bedrooms. Recently restructured, the villa blends rustic Tuscan charm with modern comforts.
Outside, a fenced garden is home to an inviting swimming pool, perfect for lazy afternoons in the Tuscan sun. Nearby, a lovely barbecue area, complete with stone barbecue, dining table and shaded patio, sets the scene for relaxed evenings outdoors.
Villa Rucci is ideally placed for exploring Tuscany's finest treasures. Lake Trasimeno, with its sandy beaches and charming lakeside towns, is just 10km away, while the timeless landscapes of Umbria are also within easy reach. The village of Pietraia, with its handful of shops, is a mere 3km from the property.
