This lovely three bedroom villa is just a short walk to the village of Es Cubells. The laid-back chic, rustic beachside dining at Ses Boques, and three picturesque pebbly coves of Es Cubells make this part of Ibiza’s coast a sought-after destination.

The villa is beautifully furnished and decorated throughout and has been well designed with excellent architecture. There are large terraces and lawns with chill out areas and dining terraces surrounding the stunning swimming pool. 

Within the villa there is a spacious open-plan living area with double height ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. The large open-plan, fully equipped kitchen includes all mod cons and there is a mezzanine level with a Moroccan style tent and a low seating lounge area.

The master suite has a fireplace, two terraces and a fantastic bathroom. The two further bedrooms also have their own private terraces and ensuite bathrooms.  

Please note, this house may not be suitable for those with very young children due to open spaces on the staircase.
