Can Nero is a pretty Mallorcan villa with a rustic charm which has recently been refurbished. The villa is well located between the towns of Pollença and Puerto Pollença and is a great spot for family holidays. The villa has been decorated with warm colours and has a distinct Mediterranean feel. There are lots of small personal touches by the owner who is very proud of the villa including colourful artworks and murals.
The large garden is very inviting, with a lovely covered terrace, seating and dining area, fenced pool and small lawn. There is also a barbecue and chill-out area and as the pool is fenced this is a great choice for parties which include children who will also love the make-shift football pitch and playground.
Can Nero is just a 10 minute drive to the nearest town, where you'll find a great range of restaurants, shops and water activities. Although you are in the countryside, there are neighbouring houses, and horse stables however this does not affect the privacy of the property. Please note there are sometimes ducks, peackocks, swans and rabbits living at the end of the garden which the owner takes care of. The animals can invariably wander into the grounds of the villa to say hello!

Things we love
"We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys. The scenery is quite something."
Things to be aware of
"Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case."
