Additional Costs & Information

  • Tourist Tax €2 per person, per night for all guests aged 13 and over for a maximum of 7 nights. €1 per guest per night between Nov - Mar. This will be charged at parity to cover processing fees.
  • Pool Heating £447 per week (Minimum charge 1 week)
  • Saturday arrival during July & August
  • Food Packs available by request.  Please ask us for a quote
  • Although the villa has a flexible arrival day in some seasons we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Please always check with us to make sure the dates you require are acceptable
  • Booking deposit 30% of the villa rental or £250, whichever is the greater amount. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee the pool temperature. In general, pool heaters are installed and managed according to the size of the pool and health and safety guidelines but weather conditions, such as colder nights, rain and strong winds can affect the normally achievable temperature.

Things to be aware of
"Barking dogs can sometimes interrupt the tranquillity of the countryside and you will have to hire a car to reach the beach and other amenities. The roads can be a little uneven and unmarked in this region, especially if your villa is off the beaten track."
