Villa Marianne is a listed building located in a quiet part of Bol on Brac Island. The nearest beach and the town centre are only a short stroll away. It has parking, a terrace overlooking Bol and the sea, and an outdoor kitchen.
The accommodation is on three levels. The living/dining room and kitchen on the ground floor have access to the swimming pool terrace. The first floor, where you will find a double bedroom, is accessed via a spiral staircase and here there is a terrace which has stairs leading down to the pool. On the second floor is a studio with twin beds and a sofa bed suitable for a child under 7 years and a loggia with spectacular views.
There are breathtaking views to the sea from the various terraces. Although the property is close to facilities it is on a hill so a car is recommended.

Things to be aware of
"The historical old town area of Split is a car free zone so plan ahead if you intend on spending a day exploring the area. It is often best to park just outside the town and then explore on foot. We can also help arrange transfers and tours from your accommodation and back again for the ultimate stress-free day out."
