Briar has a welcoming charm being a much loved second home. There is a long, open-plan living room with various sections divided by arches and an atttractive dining area. There are comfortable chairs around a coffee table and a separate seating area with sofas and TV, glass top table and doors to the pool. The kitchen, which is off the dining area, has a breakfast bar and is very well equipped and has doors to a terrace and barbecue area. Two staircases lead to the upper floor and a mezzanine area.
To the side of the house there is a garden with a barbecue area and a cane covered, decked dining terrace. A gated staircase leads up to a lovely roof terrace, with chill out furniture, overlooking the swimming pool and Pinhal Golf Course at the end of the garden. The pool is surrounded by grass and there are comfortable sun loungers and sun umbrellas.
