A very special property with views of the walls of Dubrovnik
This lovely town house is tucked away in the eastern entrance to the Old Town of Dubrovnik – also known as the Pearl of the Adriatic. Everything is within a stone’s throw of the property; there are fabulous restaurants, numerous cafes within the Old Town walls, a great cocktail bar on Banje Beach, late night dancing at the popular Culture Club in the fort – all within a short stroll from the villa.
The house was built in the 18th Century and has been lovingly converted. The beautiful garden terraces are equipped with sun loungers, there is a large courtyard and a dining terrace overlooking Revelin Fortress, the eastern tip of Lokrum and a glimpse of the sparkling Adriatic. At the end of the courtyard is a small annexe containing a gym, hot tub, sauna and a shower.
The interior is a stunning mixture of classic furnishings, art pieces, lovely paintings combined with contemporary style. The sitting room has comfortable seating, stone walls and up a few steps is the fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room.
The master suite, on the first floor, is stunning and all the bedrooms have top quality beds and bedding, sophisticated lights and neutral décor. The two bedrooms on the first floor have slanted ceilings integrated into the design.
It is possible to arrange fridge fills, catering, treatments and a number of activities like boat trips, tours and water sports, so if you would like any help enhancing your holiday, just let us know.
