Terraced townhouse for a modern and unique stay in the Algarve
Casa Kalmia is a modern, spacious townhouse located close to the Millennium and Laguna golf courses in Vilamoura. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and is within walking distance of the Club House with bar and restaurant facilities. It is also not far from the championship Victoria Golf Course and the 5 Star Anatara Hotel.
It has been furnished in a bright, modern style and is very well equipped. The communal garden, swimming pool and children’s pool are easily accessed and the villa has air conditioning throughout.
The living accommodation is spacious with a comfortable sofa, fireplace and a dining table for eight people. Patio doors give the room plenty of light and lead to the terrace and communal pool beyond. There is a fully equipped, spacious, fitted kitchen and a separate utility area which houses the washing machine.
A wide, wooden staircase leads to the first floor where three of the four bedrooms are located. These bedrooms are bright and attractive with generous wardrobe space and wooden floors.
