There are French windows from the lounge/dining area through to the pool terrace with a small lawned garden. On the basement level there is a a TV room. On the first floor of the property the two bedrooms have south facing views over the surrounding countryside.

On the terrace you will find a seating space ideal to relax and enjoy alfresco meals or cocktails and two covered dining areas, one of which is below the covered gas BBQ terrace. The rectangular shape swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra charge. Here there are comfortable sun loungers and a parasol to make the most of your days in the sun.

Tiago is located at Fazenda Santiago, a gated community with a fully equipped gym, his and hers saunas, all weather tennis courts and night time security patrols.
