Renovated in early 2024, this gorgeous two bedroom villa is in a convenient location just 20 minutes walk from the old town of Pollensa and less than 10 minutes drive to the beach resort of Puerto Pollensa.

The stylish interior injects a fresh and contemporary ambiance into this pretty Mallorcan cottage. The hallway leads to a large living/dining room with French doors opening out on to the garden and pool. There is also a cosy sitting area with a Smart TV. The spacious, air conditioned kitchen is well equipped and has a table and chairs for 6 people.

The lovely covered terrace is well furnished for alfresco dining and there is a brick-built barbecue, all overlooking the large lawned garden where the swimming pool takes pride of place with the dramatic mountains as its backdrop.
