Villas in Mallorca

Most of the properties we offer in Mallorca are in or around Pollensa Old Town, or the coastal Port de Pollensa.  Pollensa, also known as Pollença, is in the north of the island with charming, narrow streets and an impressive main square lined with cafés, restaurants and bars. Tucked between two hills, the town has managed to retain a truly authentic, Spanish feel; while many of its neighbours have perhaps been adversely affected by tourism, the emphasis here is on relaxation and enjoying nature.

Once a simple fishing port, Port de Pollensa (sometimes known as Puerta Pollença) is now a popular, family-friendly resort, with an intriguing claim to fame – Agatha Christie was inspired to set one of her Hercule Poirot mysteries here! The main beach runs along the front of Port de Pollensa and with the warm Mediterranean Sea, long stretches of sandy beaches lined by swaying palm trees and a great selection of restaurants and cafes to suit every taste and pocket, it is a hugely popular holiday destination.

Things we love…
“We particularly love the traditional Mallorcan fincas with stone walls, wooden beams and bags of charm, often with a mountain backdrop across vibrant green valleys.  The scenery is quite something.”

Things to be aware of…
“Away from the main, tourist areas there are some stunning and secluded beaches just off the beaten track which are well worth exploring but, remember, not all of them will have facilities so make sure you pack provisions like water and snacks just in case.”
