Elements II is a very special property, set on a 2000m2 plot within a forest, and part of a larger estate consisting of three separate properties that can be rented as one for larger groups, or individually for a peaceful retreat.

The owner has thought of everything for a comfortable and indulgent experience at these properties, including hot tubs, shared indoor fitness area and spa, golf putting green, and even an enchanting children's play area with a tree house.

Designed with outdoor living in mind, there are glorious countryside and forest views from the terrace and pool area. A stone, wood-burning barbecue sits under the traditional Istrian shaded terrace with alfresco dining area and seating for 12 people.

The interior is designed with flair and inspired by American Art Deco style with acute attention to detail in every room. Bespoke wooden furniture, beamed ceilings and elegant living spaces create a very special environment to relax and enjoy the views of nature that surround the property. The chef's kitchen is a cook's dream with everything you need to create a sensational meal for your guests. We can also arrange private catering for the ultimate indulgence while on holiday. The large living and dining area both have signature furnishings, unique to this property.

There is air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout making this an ideal choice all year round. All bedrooms have king or super king size beds, that can be made up as twins if requested, TV's, sounds system and an alarm clock. The bedrooms on the first floor have access to a large veranda with a hot tub that overlooks the vineyard and surrounding forest. 

There is a separate fitness area and spa house which includes exercise equipment and a sauna. This is shared with the other two propeties on the estate. There is also a shared golf pitching, chipping and putting practice green. E-bikes are available to hire by request.

The surrounding forest covers an area of 5000m2 and includes walking trails, hammocks and benches for relaxing under the canopy of the trees.

Pula is a mere 15 minute drive away, but there is plenty more in between. The village of Režanci has a food shop open daily for basic shopping needs. The nearest beaches are on the south coast, approximately 20 minutes drive away.
